Cpoint PROTOCOL COVID-19 KARTDAGEN 2021 met BIJZONDERHEDEN
Eén van de eisen die Nederlandse en Belgische overheden stellen is een protocol, ingericht overeenkomstig de geldende voorschriften. We gaan volgens dit protocol en in overeenstemming met geldende overheidsregels tewerk. Het protocol is als download geplaatst op de GK4 internetsite.
Let op: regels Covid-19 kunnen gewijzigd worden al naar gelang overheidsmaatregelen dan wel instructies van de Kartbaan.
Als gevolg van deze regels dient u met het volgende rekening te houden:
- Het Coronatoegangsbewijs is verplicht. Er wordt vanaf 13 jaar een QR code verlangd. Dit geldt voor iedereen die het terrein van Karting Genk, dus inclusief parking wil betreden.
- Polsbandjes: u krijgt bij de administratieve controle per rijder twee polsbandjes, voor rijder en monteur ten behoeve van toegang parc-ferme en opstelplaats.
- Bezoekers worden toegelaten.
- Mondkapjes draagplicht: het dragen van een mondkapje is verplicht op alle officiële plaatsen, zoals; Kantine-Secretariaat-Startopstelling-Parc-Ferme-Technische controle.
SECRETARIAAT EN ADMINISTRATIEVE CONTROLE
- Op vrijdagmiddag zal aan het eind van de middag – omstreeks 18.00 uur - de administratieve controle worden opengesteld.
- Op zaterdag van 08.00-10.30 uur en van 18.00-20.00 en op zondag van 08.00-10.30 uur, voor rijders die op deze dagen deelnemen en later arriveren.
- Vergeet u aub niet om uw licentie/ouder-kind licentie mee te nemen.
- Deelname op ERB, ééndaags registratie bewijs is mogelijk. Uitsluitend voor Nederlandse rijders en aan te vragen via de KNAF; www.knaf.nl.
- Het Secretariaat is buiten de inschrijvingen niet toegankelijk, behoudens indien u door de organisatie wordt uitgenodigd.
- Vragen en opmerkingen kunnen schriftelijk worden ingediend bij het secretariaat. Het daartoe bestemde formulier kunt u afhalen bij het Secretariaat. Vragen worden schriftelijk of telefonisch beantwoord. Vermeld a.u.b. uw telefoonnummer op het formulier dat u indient.

OVERNACHTING
- Er is in een camping voorzien op het terrein van Karting Genk.
- Er mag uiteraard niet gebarbecued of een “feestje gebouwd” worden. Houdt u zich aan de regels, we zijn te gast bij Karting Genk en moeten ons als zodanig gedragen.
- Bewaking is aanwezig. Deze zal ook op de naleving van de regels toezien.
PADDOCK, STROOM
- Er wordt door Karting Genk niet in stroom voorzien.
- Tenten kunnen vanaf woensdag 17 november worden opgebouwd.
- Bij aankomst op het circuit is het noodzakelijk om de paddock verantwoordelijke te contacteren voordat u uw tenten opbouwt; Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). Dit om de goede werking in de paddock niet te verstoren.
- Iedere kart moet op een dekzeil, met minimum afmeting 3x4 mtr. worden geplaatst, ter bescherming van de ondergrond.
- Ruimtes tussen de karts in de tenten, minimaal 1,5 meter rondom.
- Personenwagens en lege bestelwagens moeten buiten de paddock geparkeerd worden. Houdt u er aub rekening mee, dat er gecontroleerd wordt en voertuigen die er niet mogen staan verplaatst dienen te worden, ook als de tent als is opgebouwd.
- Voordat u het terrein verlaat, moet de plek van elk team/rijder perfect schoon zijn (geen afval, geen tie-raps, geen banden achterlaten).
- Op elke vorm van vervuiling staat voor de overtreder een boete van € 500,00.
LET U AUB IN HET BIJZONDER OP DEZE INFORMATIE
- Het warmdraaien van motoren is strikt verboden. Hier zal op worden gecontroleerd!
- Zie het tijdschema van zondag voor de warm-up tijden voor de klasse Open Schakel.
- Voor nieuwe rijders: op de site staat als download het Inschrijfformulier 2021; neemt u het aub ingevuld en ondertekend mee naar de administratieve controle, dat scheelt ons samen veel tijd.
- Het gedragsprotocol is van toepassing. Respecteer elkaar, de deelnemers en de organisatie.

TECHNISCHE CONTROLE
De tijden van de technische controle staan vermeld op het tijdschema.
HUURMOTOREN
- Voor geïnteresseerde rijders is er de mogelijkheid om motoren tegen een strak tarief te huren. Dit geldt voor alle klassen. Info te verkrijgen via de organisatie info@gk4kartseries.com.
- Extra voor de klasse Honda Cadet bieden we splinternieuwe UT2 motoren te huur aan voor het strakke tarief € 50,00 voor het hele weekeinde. De wens tot motorhuur kunt u kenbaar maken bij uw favoriete GK4 servicepunt.
BANDEN
Banden - zeker de regenbanden - worden uitsluitend op bestelling geleverd. Vergeet u aub niet om uw banden tijdig te bestellen bij uw GK4 dealer. De lijst met dealers staat voor u klaar als download op onze site. Het centrale bestelpunt: gk4tyres@outlook.be
Uitlevering vrijdag van 12.00–17.00 uur en zaterdag- en zondagochtend van 08.00–09.00 uur bij de DFK truck.
BRIEFING / STARTPROCEDURE
- Er zal geen centrale briefing in persoon plaatsvinden.
- Op de wedstrijddagen zullen de klassen voorafgaand aan hun warm-up trainingen een korte briefing van de wedstrijdleider krijgen.
- De briefing wordt in het Nederlands en Engels als download geplaatst op de GK4 site.
- Tevens worden documenten geplaats betreffende de startprocedures.
- Neemt u aub goed notie van deze documenten.

PROTOCOL COVID-19 KART DAYS 2021 with DETAILS
One of the requirements set by the Dutch and Belgian governments is a protocol, designed in accordance with the applicable regulations. We will work strictly according to this protocol and in accordance with applicable government regulations. The protocol is available for download from the GK4 internet site.
Please note: rules can be changed according to government measures or instructions from Karting Genk.
As a result of these rules, you should keep the following in mind:
- The Coronavirus entry pass is mandatory. A QR code is required from the age of 13.
- This applies to anyone who wants to enter the Karting Genk site, including parking.
- Visitors will be admitted.
- Wristbands: at the administrative check you will be given two wristbands for access to the restricted area’,s as parc-ferme, for driver and one mechanic.
- Obligation to wear a facemask: wearing a mouth mask is mandatory in all official places, such as; Canteen-Secretariat-Starting grid-Parc-Ferme-Technical control.
SECRETARIAT AND ADMINSTRATIVE CONTROL
- On Friday afternoon, the administrative control will be opened from 6. p.m.
- Extra administrative controls: Saturdays from 8am-10:30am and 6pm-8pm and Sundays from 8am-10:30am, for drivers who participate on Sunday and arrive later.
- Please don't forget to bring your license and if applicable your parent-child license.
- Participation on ERB, one-day registration proof is possible, only for Dutch drivers and can be requested through the KNAF; www.knaf.nl.
- The Secretariat is not accessible outside the registrations, unless you are invited by the organization.
- Questions and comments can be submitted in writing to the secretariat. You can collect the appropriate form from the Secretariat. Questions will be answered in writing or by telephone. Please include your phone number on the form you submit.

EXTRA TRAININGDAY
Friday, November 19: free practice for all classes, organized by Karting Genk.
OVERNIGHT STAY
- There will be a campsite on the Karting Genk grounds.
- It is of course not allowed to barbecue or have a “party”. Please follow the rules, we are guests of Karting Genk and we must behave as such.
- Security will be present. It will also monitor compliance with the rules.
PADDOCK, ELECTRICITY
- Karting Genk does not provide electricity.
- Tents can be set up from Wednesday 27 October.
- Upon arrival at the track, it is necessary to contact the paddock manager before setting up your tents; Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). This is to not disrupt the proper functioning in the paddock.
- Every kart must be placed on a tarpaulin, with a minimum size of 3x4 mtr. to protect the substrate.
- Spaces between the karts in the tents, at least 1.5 meters around.
- Private cars and empty vans must be parked outside the paddock. Please bear in mind that checks are carried out and vehicles that are not allowed to be there must be moved, even if the tent has already been placed.
- Before leaving the field, each team/driver's place must be perfectly clean (no trash, no tie-raps, no tires left behind).
- The offender will be fined €500.00 for any form of pollution.
PLEASE NOTE THIS INFORMATION IN PARTICULAR
- Warming up engines is strictly prohibited. This will be checked!
- See Sunday's timetable for the warm-up times for the Open Shifter class.
- For new drivers: on the GK4 internetsite you can download the Registration Form 2021; please take the completed and signed form with you to the administrative check, which saves us a lot of time together.
- The behavioral protocol applies. Respect each other, the participants and the organization.

TECHNICAL CONTROL

TYRES
- Tyres will only be delivered to order.
- Please do not forget to order your tyres from your GK4 dealer in time. The list of GK4 dealers is available as download on our internetsite.

- Delivery on Friday from 12:00 to 17:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 09:00 at the DFK truck.
BRIEFING / STARTING PROCEDURES (digital)
- There will be no common briefing in person.
- On race days, the classes will receive a short briefing from the race director prior to their warm-up practices.
- The digital briefing will be placed as a download on the GK4 site in Dutch and English.
- Documents will also be posted regarding the starting procedures.
- Please take notice of these documents.
